Summary:
To handle the policy processing once approved and underwritten by Account Executive by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Book and enter accounts into the PIPs system database, including new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and direct bill carrier statements
- Order inspections
- Process carrier issued policies, endorsements, and cancellations, apply required stamps, email policies to agents, saving all docs to PIPS
- Work with Account Executives and Renewal Underwriters, ensuring that all required information is obtained, and policies are issued promptly and accurately.
- Responsible for correcting by endorsement any errors made when issuing the policy and then sending endorsement to agent
- Responsible for keeping their policy binding, endorsement, and cancellation queues
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure all policy processing requests are underwritten before issuance
- Process notices by state requirements based on provided reports and email to agent

Required
- Minimum education or prior job experience- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
