Introduction

The role of a Broker/Account Manager involves the development and acquisition of new business revenue from both new and existing clients. They are responsible for providing exceptional client service to assigned accounts and leading a client service team. Additionally, they assist in managing accounts with low to medium complexity and support senior Broker Account Executives/Managers in medium to large books of business. The Broker/Account Manager manages a subset of less complex clients and oversees key processes and internal activities to ensure the delivery of client-facing services. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage client relationships and internal operations. The Broker/Account Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the brokerage firm.


How you'll make an impact

  • Responsible for the combined functions of the development and successful acquisition on new business revenue from new and existing clients and providing a high level of client service to assigned accounts.
  • Leads a client service team and is responsible for the day-to-day account management.
  • Assists in managing accounts with low to medium complexity and supports senior Broker Account Executive/Manager in medium to large books of business.
  • Manages subset of less complex clients and key processes and internal activities to deliver client �facing services.

About you

Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.
