- 6+ years surety experience, with at least two years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, credit reports, contracts, and bond obligations.
- Advanced ability to assess customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and price services accurately.
- In-depth knowledge of local market dynamics, surety agents, competitors, bond forms, and language.
- Strong expertise in surety automation systems and effective end-user training skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, exhibited through analytical thinking, sound judgment, and effective decision-making
