The Office Manager will manage and operate all administrative functions of a district sales office. This includes providing administrative support to the sales force, customer service to policy holders and performing functions required to support the overall district operation.


  • High school diploma or a GED.
  • Excellent customer service skills Basic computer knowledge and experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to adapt to and learn new processes Reading comprehension – ability to understand written sentences in work related documents Speaking – ability to talk to others and convey information effectively Writing – ability to communicate effectively in writing Ability to multi-task


  • Ability to perform a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures and follow detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in the use of the company's proprietary computer systems as required by the position.
