Fields Insurance is currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for our Brandon, FL location. Fields Insurance is a Ramsey Trusted Pro agency for Hillsborough County, FL through Ramsey Solutions based out of Nashville, TN.

We are currently seeking a hard-working, driven, self-motivated insurance agent looking forward to a rewarding career. As a Fields Insurance Agent, you will build and develop client relationships to promote our Insurance products including Auto, Home, Commercial, Life and Farm Insurance.

As your client base grows, your earning potential grows as well through a combination of new & ongoing renewal sales commissions and Bonus structure.

Position Title:
Insurance Agent

Qualifications:

- Property & Casualty License

- Self-discipline to work independently

- Motivated Attitude & Entrepreneurial Spirit

- Strong initiative and self-direction, a goal-oriented person

- Computer skills

- Reliable, working computer, internet access, and smart phone

- Experience in sales or client service environment preferred

- Excellent Communication skills – oral, written and group

- Demonstrates persuasion and negotiation skills

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective customers

- Organizational and effective Time Management skills

- Analytical skills to understand complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines

- Integrity

- The ability to develop contacts and network with the local area and community

- Eligible to work in the United States for any employer

Responsibilities will include:
- Sell Auto, Home, Commercial, Life and Farm insurance products to individuals and businesses using consultative selling techniques

- Establishing a customer base through prospecting and selling Ramsey Trusted leads

- Counsel and advise prospects and policyholders on matters of protection and coverage

- Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written within agency guidelines

- Perform administrative or record keeping duties related to sales

Job Duration: Full Time

Compensation Offered: Salary or Base Salary + Commission or Commission Only w/ Bonus Structure Included
