Risk Manager provides oversight and direction to the Risk Management department of the P&C organization. The primary responsibilities of this position include reinsurance placement and analysis, catastrophe modeling, capacity allocation and aggregate management, data quality and statistics, and catastrophe rate adequacy.
Bachelor's degree in an insurance-related discipline and a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the property and casualty risk management field. Property Risk Management knowledge highly desired.
Management or leadership experience within risk management for a property and casualty insurer.
Licenses and/or Certifications:
Associate in Risk Management, or courses towards CPCU not required, but strongly preferred.
AIR and / or RMS Certifications preferred
