We currently have a position available in Hillsborough/Pasco County for a highly organized Licensed – Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are a rapidly growing Property & Casualty Agency that has offices both in Florida as well as Canada. Come join our Team!
You will be given a module or portion of the book of business to maintain. Helping customers with their renewals, providing information about their insurance policy, offer new insurance solutions, and resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Policy endorsements, payments, re-instatements and new business applications.

* Strong closing skills and willingness to prospect
* Excellent customer service and retention skills.
* Excellent Phone and exceptional listening skills with above average problem solving ability
* Must be passionate about taking care of other’s needs and finding creative ways to say yes
* Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment.
* Exceed sale's goals through new product sales, cross selling and retention of current customers.
* Must be able to write both home and auto
* Commercial experience a PLUS!
* Licensed in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (4-40, 2-20, 20-44)
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!!!
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
