Top Insurance Agency has an immediate need for a REMOTE Employee Benefits Account Manager. This is a WORK FROM HOME opportunity and qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years of benefits experience from an agency or carrier. Seeking someone with a great attitude, strong focus on customer service and an excellent track record of retention. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, comfortable with the day-to-day service, managing renewals, open enrollments, making presentations, onsite client visits and accessing the markets. Must be comfortable traveling the west coast of Florida from Sarasota to Naples.
