Inside Sales

Established business in the Tampa area, representing manufacturers' product lines for electrical, lighting and communications is seeking an individual for Inside Sales.

Duties will include providing direct support to manufacturers, distributors, end users and other company departments for the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the company meets its growth targets.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with customers (Manufacturers, Distributors, End Users, Company staff) by phone, mail, or in person

• Generate quotations - standard products, discount pricing, Special Pricing Agreements

• Process and input customer orders - using manufacturer specific programs, websites. Expedite orders as necessary

• Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their merchandise, including shipping and tracking information

• Perform effective online demos/training (Manufacturers Sales Resources)

• Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning purchase orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner

• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales resources for further development and closure

• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

 

Qualifications

• Previous Sales/Customer Service experience

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Proficient with corporate productivity: Microsoft, Globodox

• Experience working with Online Websites, Salesforce.com or similar CRM

 

Compensation

• 401K - Our plan has matching. 3% Deferral = 3% Matching, 4% = 3 ½%, 5% = 4%

• Medical Insurance - United Healthcare Group Plan ($590 monthly paid by Company)

• Paid time off - 10 vacation days, 6 sick days, and 3 personal days

• Mileage Reimbursement – (Potential for some travel- factory sales meetings, training, time in the field with Company sales reps, etc.)

Salary: $34,000.00-$36,000.00 (plus Sales Bonus)

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Term: Fulltime to Hire
