New Business Representative and Policy Analyst (3 openings)
We are currently working with one of our best clients, a Life Insurance carrier, who has 3 full time jobs open in the New Business department.
In this role you will be part of a team working on accepting or rejecting new insurance applications, reviewing for accuracy and missing information, working closely with the Agents and producers and being a positive and collaborative team member. You will also help with appointments and training, requesting additional information from applicants, documentation, and communicating issues to management.
We are looking for detail oriented candidates that can make decisions that are in the best interest of the company, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and exhibit professionalism both internally and externally.
To qualify for New Business Rep:
- 1 to 2+ years in an administrative role in Life/Annuity Insurance
To qualify for Policy Analyst:
- 3+ years in a New Business/Admin role in Life/Annuity Insurance
These positions are on site and full time and will require the person to be in the office. 2 Great locations in AZ or FL.
Base pay will range from 28-47k salary plus bonus opportunity (depending on experience)
A bachelors degree is preferred but is not a requirement. Any Insurance industry education (LOMA, ALU, CLU, etc) is a big plus.
